Another hectic week has come and gone, but this one has been complicated by snow and ice!
It is not uncommon to have snow around here in winter, but not with temperatures as low as -15°C! The few places where the snow has melted a bit are now covered in a shiny glasslike coat of ice treacherously looking like water puddles. The rest, where the snow has been walked on, or driven on, is a compact and equally slippery white coat. However the garden and the fields look wonderful (and most roads have been cleaned well, so no need to worry). Today, the sun was shining, but we still didn’t reach 0°C, so the snow is still there pure and untrodden.
